The ADB uses the information on Consultants in the CMS to confirm that the Consultants are eligible and have sufficient capacity and experience to work for the ADB. The ADB's staff refers to the information during the process of selecting Consultants for ADB-financed projects.
The ADB's acceptance of an individual's application to record information about himself/ herself in the CMS does not imply that the ADB recognizes or accepts the individual for any specific consulting assignment or that ADB has validated the authenticity or accuracy of the information provided in such application.
The information herewith supplied to ADB may be transmitted to government agencies and other organizations for the sole purpose of possible consulting assignments funded and/ or administered by ADB; it will not be transmitted for any other purpose whatsoever.
